I was in Boston when I saw this and had to take a picture of it. I went through a period of finding out who I am, where I want to be and having a different out look on life a few years ago. I saw this note and it reminded me of how far I have gone since my inner growth and learning how to love myself in a new way. As I shed my old self and found my new self, I have found inner strength, new ways of exercising and doing things, and what really makes me happy. Loving and knowing who you are is important for your soul.
