Howie Day is coming to town!

I received an email from Bandsintown that Howie Day is having a show close by. I knew he is going to be in Maine in August and could only imagine where he was going to have a show. Newburgh? Ridgefield Playhouse? Some other small venue on the east coast.. but then I saw he’s playing in Westport.. I got overly excited! And then I saw the date, I already have an event going on that night and won’t be able to attend. I am hoping a nice crowd will be there!

I designed this flyer for Finding Westport this afternoon.

I kept it simple and big enough to be read. I decided not to use the full space on top, I wanted to date and time to stand out more. I decided to use a different font for the “free show” and the venue and town information.
